  • Ability to present a positive and encouraging presence to customers and team members

  • Ability and comfortability to overcome obstacles and objections 
  • Diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in hospitality (customer-facing), customer service, public speaking or technical/mechanical position would be a plus
