Can I really just for a free tune up and I don’t have to buy or sign up for anything?
Yes. Your first maintenance is free. If you decide that your first maintenance is also going to be your only maintenance with us, that’s ok. It wouldn’t be a gift if it came with strings.
You say “Tune Up” sometimes and “Maintenance” other times. What’s with that?
Fair question. We’re using both of those terms to mean the same thing. Which is a 71-point list of items we check, clean, and adjust to keep your AC running in tip top condition. Some folks prefer “tune-up” and others “maintenance.” We wanted to use both so you felt comfortable, whichever your preference. Just like how your home will feel even more comfortable after we do a free 71-point AC “make it run better” visit.
What if I like the tune up so well, I want you to come back again when it’s due?
We’d be delighted to. We do have a Blue Ribbon Club that comes with all kinds of perks and benefits. And, of course, if you ask us about it, we’re always happy to have that conversation.
What’s not included in my Free First Tune Up?
Parts that are broken. An AC tune-up involves cleaning and adjusting a functioning AC unit to keep it running at its best. If we find broken or failing parts during our inspection, we’ll note it and tell you what they are. You are under no obligation to have them repaired or replaced if you don’t want to. (Remember the part about a no strings gift?) We’re just telling you what we find because we believe you have a right to know.
