“I am writing this to convey to you how pleased I was today with Mr. Jacob L, who arrived at my house for a contract checkup on my heating/air unit. Mr. Jacob was the most competent, detailed oriented, thorough, and efficient service person I’ve ever encountered. In addition, he carefully explained every item he was checking on my unit, both inside and outside, along with answering questions and explaining everything in detail. In all the many years I’ve had technicians in and out of my home to service my heat/air unit, I can say without reservation that Mr. Jacob L deserves an A plus for his knowledge and expertise, along with taking the time to explain every detail. During the past 15 years that I’ve lived in Florida, I’ve had many technicians from various air conditioning companies sent to my home to service my unit and after their departures, I was dismayed at the small amount of time spent after their arrival and sometimes the inability to answer my questions. I used to frequently ask questions that either went unanswered or partially answered and most of the visit centered around salesmanship. Mr. Jacob did suggest several items that he thought I should give thought to adding to keep my system in top shape and he explained why without overwhelming pressure. As I usually do, I explained to him that I needed time to give it thought and I would make a decision at a later date. I can honestly say this is one of the few times I have ever requested a certain person respond for maintenance of any type, and I am requesting for future maintenance inspections that Mr. Jacob be sent as the service technician.”
